SAMBUSA

Two hand-wrapped pastry shells filled with onions, peppers and your choice of Lentils, Chicken or Beef with traditional herbs. Served with a special spicy house sauce.

You can request pasta or rice, instead of injera, with all entrées. Order Teff injera for $2.

MOM’S SPECIAL GOMEN BE’SIGA

Cubed lamb mixed with fresh collard greens & simmered in a mild sauce with seasoned butter, herbs & spices. This is our mom’s special dish and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did growing up. (Served with a side of red lentils.)

DORO WET

Spicy Stew & Traditional Delicacy – Red pepper sauce cooked with an assortment of spices, served with one tender chicken leg, one hard-boiled egg & Ayeb (homemade farmers cheese.)

Your choice of tender meat (Beef, Lamb, Chicken or Salmon) stripped and sautéed in a well-balanced red berbere sauce, with onions, garlic, and tomatoes.

LEGA TIBS

Cubes of tender pieces of Lamb or Beef cooked with onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapeños and finished with rosemary and seasoned butter. Served with Timatim salad.

DEREK TIBS

Charbroiled Lamb or Beef with tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, kibé(butter), garlic, and spices. (Served with timatim salad.)

CHEF’S SPECIAL TIBS

Zesty strips of Rib-eye sautéed to perfection in our exotic herbs & spices with tomatoes, onions, garlic and jalapeños. (Served with timatim salad.)

KITFO

Prime beef tartare seasoned with clarified butter, Chili powder and accompanied by Ayeb & collard greens. (Can be served raw, lightly sautéed or cooked.)

TIBSI FIRFIR

Pieces of injera carefully tossed in a red pepper sauce (berbere) with seasoned beef pieces. Comes with one side of injera.

BOZENA SHIRO

Cubed prime beef seasoned & simmered in shiro with clarified butter.

SHRIMP & MUSHROOM TIBS

Seasoned with onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapeños and finished with clarified butter. Can be made with or without spicy berbere sauce. (Served with a side salad.)

Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños with Tuna tossed in Feedel’s special house dressing.

RAW COLLARD GREENS & CABBAGE SALAD

Chopped collard greens & cabbage mixed with tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños tossed in Feedel’s special citrus dressing. Based on availability.

VEGAN ENTRÉES

All entrees are served with injera but can be substituted with rice. All vegetable entrées are prepared vegan style; no animal products are used. Teff injera upon request.

SHIRO

A flour puree of mixed split peas, chickpeas, dried legumes and traditional spices, cooked with onions and garlic. (Medium spicy.)

Pieces of injera carefully soaked and tossed in a tomato-based sauce, with a hint of berbere (red pepper). Comes with one side of injera.

VEGAN SAMPLER

Azifah, brown lentils, cabbage, collard greens, red lentils, sil’jo, yellow split peas, and ye’shimbra asa. Serves one.

INGUDAI (MUSHROOM) TIBS

Fresh mushrooms, sautéed onions, garlic, tomatoes & jalapeños. (Can be prepared mild, medium or spicy.)

YE’SHIMBRA ASA

Handmade chickpea biscuits cooked in a seasoned spicy sauce.
