AZIFAH  

Whole brown lentils mixed with diced onions, jalapeños, and spices in our special house dressing. (Served chilled with pita bread.)

SAMBUSA

Two hand-wrapped pastries stuffed with savory vegetables, diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, spices, and herbs. Served with a special spicy house sauce. Your choice of Lentils, Chicken, or Beef.

KITFO INJERA TACO*  

Prime beef tartare mixed with seasoned clarified butter and served with Ayeb

AWAZE WINGS 

Half a dozen wings, seasoned with our special house-made Awaze sauce, and grilled on an open fire. Choose Spicy or Mild

FU’UL 

This is Feedel’s Special. A hearty fava beans dish garnished with fresh diced vegetables (onions, tomatoes, jalapeños,) feta cheese or yogurt and flavored butter or olive oil.

(Served with your choice of white or pita bread.) Add feta cheese, yogurt, or an egg 

TIMATIM FITFIT 

Injera pieces soaked in a tangy dressing with fresh diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and herbs. (Served Cold)

Vegan Entrees

All entrees are served with injera but can be substituted with rice. All vegetable entrées are prepared vegan style; no animal products are used. Sides cannot be substituted.

SHIRO 

Powdered dried legumes, chickpeas, and traditional spices, cooked with onions and garlic. Medium spice.
Served with a side salad.

INGUDAI (MUSHROOM) TIBS  

Fresh mushrooms, sautéed onions, garlic, tomatoes & jalapeños. (Can be prepared mild, medium or spicy.)
Served with a side salad.

YE’SHIMBRA ASA  

Handmade chickpea biscuits cooked in a seasoned spicy sauce.
Served with a side of Siljo.

SEL’SI FITFIT  

Pieces of injera soaked and tossed in a tomato-based sauce, with a hint of berbere (red pepper.) Comes with one side of injera.

VEGAN SAMPLER  

Azifah, brown lentils, cabbage, collard greens, red lentils, sil’jo, yellow split peas, and ye’shimbra asa.
Serves one.

GODEN TIBS

Prime short ribs marinated in a special Feedel sauce, sautéed with onions, tomatoes, fresh garlic, and jalapeño peppers. Served with a side salad.

 

MOM’S SPECIAL GOMEN BE’SIGA  

Cubed lamb mixed with fresh collard greens & simmered in a mild sauce with seasoned butter, herbs, and spices. This is our mom’s special dish and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did growing up.
Served with a side of red lentils.

DORO WET  

Spicy Stew & Traditional Delicacy – Red pepper sauce cooked with an assortment of spices, served with one tender chicken leg, one hard-boiled egg & Ayeb (homemade farmers cheese.)

MINCHET ABISH KEY WET  

Spicy minced-beef stew slowly cooked in a mixture of diced onions, garlic, ginger, berbere, clarified butter sauce.

DEREK TIBS 

Charbroiled Lamb or Beef with tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, kibé (butter), garlic, and spices. Served with timatim salad.

SAGLA’S SPRIS

BEEF, LAMB, CHICKEN, or  SALMON (ADD COLLARD GREENS )
Your choice of tender meat stripped and sautéed in a well-balanced red berbere sauce with onions, garlic, and tomatoes. (Served with a side of house salad.)

SHRIMP & MUSHROOM TIBS  

Seasoned with onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapeños, and finished with clarified butter. Can be made with or without spicy berbere sauce. Served with a side salad.

 

CHEF’S SPECIAL TIBS 

Zesty strips of Rib-eye sautéed to perfection in our exotic herbs & spices with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and jalapeños. Served with timatim salad.

TIBSI FIRFIR  

Pieces of injera tossed in a red pepper sauce (berbere) with seasoned beef pieces. Comes with one roll of side injera.

KITFO* or Kifto Dulet 

Prime beef tartare seasoned with clarified butter, chili powder, and accompanied by Ayeb & collard greens. Can be served raw, lightly sautéed, or cooked.

LEGA TIBS  Add Berbere Spice  

Cubes of tender pieces of Lamb or Beef cooked with onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapeños, and finished with rosemary and seasoned butter. (Served with Timatim salad.)

Cubed prime beef seasoned & simmered in shiro with clarified butter. Served with a side salad.

Creme Brulee

A creamy custard presented in a traditional ceramic ramekin. (Gluten-free)

Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch  

Hazelnut milk chocolate crunch, topped a light hazelnut buttercream, a layer of hazelnut cake, and a milk chocolate mousse.

Tiramisu  

Layers of sponge cake soaked in espresso and mascarpone cream dusted with cocoa powder.

Napoleon 

Three toasted and flaky layers of puff pastry filled with a light vanilla pastry cream a hint of raspberry preserves and topped with powdered sugar.

Raspberry Chocolate Mousse  

Light chocolate mousse made with Valrhona chocolate, layered between two rich chocolate cake layers and a layer of raspberry on the bottom.
