SAMBUSA

Two hand-wrapped pastries stuffed with savory lentils, diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, spices, and herbs. Served with a special spicy house sauce. 

FU’UL 

This is Feedel’s Special. A hearty fava beans dish garnished with fresh diced vegetables (onions, tomatoes, jalapeños.) Served with your choice of white or pita bread.

Add feta cheese for $1.50 each

TIMATIM FITFIT

Injera pieces soaked in a tangy dressing with fresh diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and herbs. (Served Cold)

Vegan Entrees

All entrees are served with a carb. All vegetable entrées are prepared vegan style; no animal products are used. Teff injera add $2.50. Sides cannot be substituted.

TOFU FETTUCCINE PASTA

Sautéed fresh mixed veggies, traditional berbere spice mixed with fresh tofu fettuccine pasta.

SHIRO

Powdered dried legumes, chickpeas, and traditional spices, cooked with onions and garlic. Medium spice.
Served with a side portion of either red lentils, brown lentils, or yellow split peas.

INGUDAI (MUSHROOM) TIBS 

Fresh mushrooms, sautéed onions, garlic, tomatoes & jalapeños. (Can be prepared mild, medium or spicy.)
Served with a side portion of either red lentils, brown lentils, or yellow split peas.

YE’SHIMBRA ASA

Handmade chickpea biscuits cooked in a seasoned spicy sauce.
Served with a side of Shiro.

Pieces of injera soaked and tossed in a tomato-based sauce, with a hint of berbere (red pepper.)

Cubed tofu sautéed onions, garlic, tomatoes, and jalapeños, prepared mild, medium, or spicy, and served with a side portion of either red lentils, brown lentils, or yellow split peas.
